Dex Hunter-Torricke Visits HPPI Projects in Delhi-NCR
Humana People to People India was pleased to welcome Dex Hunter-Torricke, Founder of The Centre for Tomorrow, during his visit to the Delhi-NCR region on 17 September 2026.
As part of his visit, Dex visited HPPI’s Kadam Centre in Gurugram, which supports out-of-school children in continuing their education. He interacted with children at the centre and met Kadam alumni who were once out of school and are now pursuing their education in Grades 6 to 12, offering insights into their journeys back to education.

Dex also visited HPPI’s TB health project in Delhi, where AI-enabled technology and portable X-ray machines are being used to support TB screening. The visit provided an opportunity to understand how technology is being integrated into community-level health interventions and how frontline teams are using these tools in their work.
The visit also included an interaction with HPPI project teams, where Dex shared his perspectives on responsible technology, development and the future of AI. The discussion explored how technology and innovation can contribute to a future that is more inclusive, sustainable and centred on human wellbeing.
The exchange highlighted the importance of continued dialogue on the responsible use of technology and its potential to support people and communities.
HPPI looks forward to continuing meaningful conversations and exploring opportunities to turn ideas and innovation into action for people and communities.
