CTE Muzaffarpur Strengthens Institutional Planning Through Visioning Exercise
As part of Humana People to People India’s ongoing collaboration with the College of Teacher Education (CTE), Muzaffarpur, Bihar, following the signing of an MoU, the NeTT Programme organised a one-day Visioning Exercise and Annual Planning Workshop on 8th August 2026. The workshop saw active participation from Dr. Sonam Kumari (Principal, CTE Muzaffarpur) and the faculty members.
Dr. Anudeep Lehal, (Education Specialist, HPPI), facilitated a SCOG analysis, enabling faculty members to reflect on the institution’s strengths and challenges, identify opportunities, and define priorities for institutional development. The exercise also helped the institution identify immediate actions and measurable goals to guide its development efforts.

As a key outcome of the workshop, a one-year action plan for CTE Muzaffarpur was developed, incorporating relevant NAAC indicators to support structured institutional planning and quality improvement. The process was facilitated by Abhishek Dev Narayan, (Lead – Teacher Education, HPPI).
The workshop provided a collaborative platform for faculty members to assess institutional priorities and translate them into a structured action plan. It also reinforced the importance of systematic planning, continuous reflection and collective ownership in strengthening teacher education institutions.
The initiative reflects HPPI’s continued commitment to strengthening teacher education, supporting institutional capacity building and promoting quality improvement, in alignment with the goals of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
