Humana People to People India (HPPI), in collaboration with District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) Patna, successfully organised the 1st Alumni Conference during 25–26 September 2025.  

The event was inaugurated by Dr Naval Thakur, (Principal, DIET Patna) bringing together 50 alumni who are now working as teachers in government primary schools. The two-day alumni teachers conference created a vibrant platform to share their classroom experiences, challenges and innovative practices. To refresh the teachers’ knowledge different sessions were conducted focusing on child learning processes, STEAM education, bilingual pedagogy, mathematics, and EVS teaching methodologies — empowering teachers with new perspectives and practical strategies.  

The conference served as more than just a knowledge-sharing event — it became a space for collective learning and collaboration, where alumni reflected on how they could uplift the quality of education in their schools. Through such alumni networks, we aim to build a culture of continuous learning, mentorship, and support — ensuring that every teacher feels inspired and equipped to shape young minds and transform classrooms. 

Together, we are not just educating children — we are nurturing the future.
