Education and Women Empowerment Project Nathupur hosts Graduation Ceremony
HPPI’s Education and Women Empowerment Project Nathupur, Gurugram, organised a Graduation Ceremony on 12th March 2026, to commemorate the achievements of 40 women trainees in beautician and tailoring courses. Each of the 40 graduates received a sewing machine or a beautician’s kit. The graduates were also awarded certificates recognising their dedication and successful completion of their respective courses.
Anant Sharma, CPIM (Regional Demand Manager, IFF), Dr. Ravindra Kumar (Head, Doc & Project Management, IFF), Hari Pandey (Finance Controller, IFF), Pushpa Bisht (Program Manager, HPPI) and Shibi Mathew (Partnership Officer, HPPI) were part of the event. Their presence demonstrated the collaborative efforts between organisations to promote skill development and women empowerment.
During the event, 7 women shared their journey from being skill trainees to becoming successful entrepreneurs. These stories emphasised the transformative power of skill development.
