To enhance the understanding of the New Education Policy (NEP) HPPI organised a two days capacity building workshop on 18th and 19 th January 2024 at Block Resource Centre, Dabrai, Firozabad, UP. The workshop aimed at providing a comprehensive overview of the NEP and equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to implement its provisions effectively.
Ashish Kumar Panday (Basic Shiksha Adhikari [BSA] Firozabad) inaugurated the session providing participants with an overview of the policy’s goals and its significance in shaping the future of education in the district. Furthermore, different sessions on NEP 2020, NCFSE-2023 and STEAM Education were led by HPPI’s Education Specialists Abhisekh Dev Narayan and Dr Anudeep Lehal.
The workshop provided a platform to the 93 participants to network and establish collaborative relationships. This fostered a sense of community and cooperation among State Resource Group (SRG), Academic Resource Person (ARP) and Headmasters. A robust network is crucial for the successful implementation of the NEP. The workshop served as a significant step toward aligning educational practices with the evolving landscape of pedagogy.
