NeTT Meerut Hosts Alumni Conference
HPPI’s Necessary Teacher Training (NeTT) Programme, in collaboration with the District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) Meerut, organised an Alumni Conference on 22 December 2025. The conference brought together 22 trained government schoolteachers who are nurturing the future of children across the region.
The conference created a strong platform for alumni to refresh their professional learning, exchange classroom experiences, and strengthen peer support networks. Sessions focused on bilingual learning, how children learn, and the STEAM approach, enabling teachers to translate new concepts into real-world classroom practices through interactive discussions and hands-on activities.

Speaking at the event, DIET Principal Manoj Kumar Arya encouraged alumni to apply the best practices learned through NeTT in alignment with NEP 2020 and NCF SE 2023, ensuring that classrooms remain joyful, engaging, and inclusive for every child.
What made the conference especially impactful was the sense of shared purpose and collaboration among alumni educators—reaffirming their commitment to improving learning outcomes and strengthening child-centred education across government schools.
HPPI is implementing the NeTT Programme in partnership with the Rural India Supporting Trust (RIST).
