DISHA project Organised Skill and Business Information Fair in Mathura
Disha project organised a Skill and Business Information Fair for women entrepreneurs in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh on 25th May. In the fair, 60 women entrepreneurs displayed their products and 220 women participated.
CEO, Mathura Nagar Nigam Deepak Kumar Chaudhary inaugurated the fair. Director HPPI, Kailash Khandelwal; Lead District Manager (LDM), Tarachand Chawla; Parshad Nagar Nigam Sonu Gaur and Sub-inspector, Women’s Police Station, Mathura Ruchi Pandey showed their support to the business women by their presence. Humana People to People India is implementing DISHA project in partnership with YES Foundation in 4 states namely Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan and Assam. Disha project has played a vital role in promoting skill development and entrepreneurship among women in these states. The Project provides extensive entrepreneurial and business development training to help women establish nano-enterprises and enhance understanding of women livelihood opportunities.
