HPPI’s Integrated Slum Development Project Nathupur, Gurugram organised a Graduation Ceremony on 28th April 2025, honouring 35 women trainees in beautician and tailoring courses. Each graduate was awarded a sewing machine or a beautician’s kit, along with certificates recognising their dedication and successful steps toward self-reliance.

The event saw the participation of members from International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) including Mihir Joshi (Marketing Manager, IFF), Anant Sharma (Demand Manager, IFF) and Mohit Pareek (Demand Planner, IFF), symbolising the strong collaboration between organisations to empower women through skill development.

During the event, 5 women shared their journey from being skill trainees to becoming successful entrepreneurs. These stories emphasised the transformative power of skill development. Humana People to People to India is implementing Integrated Slum Development Project in Gurugram in partnership with International Flavors & Fragrances, creating opportunities and fostering women’s empowerment.
