TB Awareness through Street Plays
HPPI’s Arogya Project Kota organised a series of street plays across 14 villages, reaching 2,035 people to raise awareness about Tuberculosis (TB). These plays, part of a community engagement initiative, aimed to educate villagers about the causes, symptoms, prevention and treatment of TB. The project team also dispensed information about the Nikshay Poshan Yojana for emphasising its benefits in supporting TB patients.
This initiative strives to create TB-free zones in the project’s operational areas by empowering communities with knowledge and promoting preventive measures. Together, we can combat TB and build healthier futures. Humana People to People India is implementing Arogya Project in partnership with Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited to strengthen the community-based healthcare services.
